Prof. Dr. Schahram Dustdar heads the Distributed Systems research area at the TU Wien and has held numerous honorary positions at prestigious institutions worldwide throughout his impressive career. He is currently, among other things, an Honorary Professor at the Nanjing University of Science and Technology in China and was the Francqui Chair Professor at the University of Namur in Belgium. From 1999 to 2007, as a co-founder and chief scientist, he significantly influenced the Caramba Labs Software AG in Vienna. He is the recipient of numerous awards, including the ACM Distinguished Scientist and the IBM Faculty Award, and is actively involved in several scientific communities, as well as an editor and member of various prestigious professional journals
Dr. techn. Guodong (Gordon) Wang

Dr. Guodong Wang is a respected expert in the field of artificial intelligence and has received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from the Technical University of Vienna. He currently serves as the Managing Director of the Sino-Austria Research Institute for Intelligent Industries in Nanjing, where a dedicated R&D team is working on top projects in the fields of AI, Edge Intelligence, and IoT. In addition to his leadership role, Dr. Wang has gathered diverse academic and industrial experiences, including positions as a postdoctoral researcher at the TU Vienna, a visiting scientist at the University of Cambridge, and a Vice Chief Engineer at the Shanghai Institute of Computing Technology. His research interests lie in the areas of learning representation, automated machine learning, and deep learning.

He brings extensive experience as a capital market coach and member of the ATX Committee of the Vienna Stock Exchange, offering a unique insight into ESG, sustainability, and tech investments. Moreover, he has provided advisory services for significant transactions, such as for the Canadian fund Brookfield and DigitalBridge.
